Christmas Party - Planning Meeting

This Wednesday, HSA will be meeting in the school (on the 3rd floor) for our first Christmas Party Planning Meeting. The meeting will be from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Please join us if you can.

The Christmas Party will be held on Monday, December 21st.
Party for Grades 1-4: 9 AM - 11:30 AM
Party for Grades 5-8: 1 PM - 4 PM

If you can help on that day or can help us prior and haven't signed up, please let us know.

What do we need prior?
- Volunteers to hire entertainment. Know a good magician?
- Volunteers to purchase (or make) food / decorations.
- Volunteers to wrap gifts/prizes.

What do we need on that day?
- Volunteers to decorate
- Volunteers to serve food and assist teachers
- Volunteers to clean up

Gift Cards - Deadline: Tuesday, Dec. 1

Many merchants are offering bonus contributions this month. Some of these are:

Some merchants, such as AMC, are offering "bonus cash" gift cards. For $25, you will get a $27.50 gift card.

Next Tuesday, Dec. 1, is the deadline for our last gift card order this year.

HSA Meeting - Tuesday November 3rd 7:30am

The November Home School Association meeting is at 7:30am. All parents are welcome to attend. Topics for discussion will include planning for November and Christmas events.
